语法题，比较5个选项，最优那个就是答案，supply disruptions in the Middle East 比supplies that are disrupted简单明确，supplies that are disrupted用了被动，而且用了that从句。还有，C中supplies that are disrupted 和 demand as was possibly，两个时代不对称
