B中的being 引导的句子指引不明确说不清楚在修饰什么

E的逻辑主语是正确的

选E，理由同上。另外，B里when用进行时不好，不符合逻辑啊：他拒绝的同时在试图....。

发现语法这东西真不能想太多

想越多越不成

我就是想问一点， very reluctant 和when是两个状语，它们能连在一起用吗，gmat语法里是不是说分开和合起来都行呢

我就是觉得应该分开就在B和E之间徘徊了一下

但是本題應為當試圖獨自穿越大西洋...他不願意多帶重量

A.he therefore前面应该加上and连词

B.being very reluctant错，was attempting错没有暗示说明用过去进行时的

C.was attempting错没有暗示说明用过去进行时的，since 和so重复

D.Being very reluctant错，而且句子重心改变

所以选E

重心都错了，这里强调了attempt没强调reluctant。

感觉没有什么分开合并之说吧。

A答案语意有什么问题呢?他为了试图穿越大西洋不愿意有任何额外的重量在他的飞机上,是不是错在"for....."是一个插入语，而插入语去掉不影响文章的意思，但是在这里如果去掉了文章就说不通了．．．

A是有correctiveness的問題 -- run-on sentence.
兩個main clause要有連詞
therefore不能做連詞

优选E，但是仔细观察了半天觉得D也没错吖【Being very reluctant to carry any extra weight on his plane 】（when he attempted his solo transatlantic flight ）was the reason that Charles Lindbergh···中括号里面的作为主语，小括号里为修饰，整句话语法上没什么错把~感觉是不是逻辑重心变了？

i chose A as well, is " his attempt at ..." a wrong idiom? should it be " attemp to do sth " insead ?

D为啥错了？我就是看到A里面有个therefore,而到了E中完全不存在因果关系。
A中，C is reluctant to ... and therefore he refused...明显看出来reluctant是refuse的原因啊~E里面不存在因果关系啊亲们！！好想泪奔，看到being现在不敢歧视！！！
