As far as the interview questions, they really depend on the level of the position and the person who does the interview. Usually, the first round will be done by the HR people, who, generally speaking, knows nothing about the skills required for the position. Their job is to filter out the unfit. They will have a list of the questions they have to go through, usually it will be something like: tell us about yourself, can you work here, when can you start. +strang questions. They are unlikely to ask profession specific questions. But in rare occasion, they will. When they do that, most of the time they match your answers with the answer sheet in front of them. they look for short and quick answers, so don't elaborate unless they ask you to do so.
the second round is usually interviewed by the person who actually will be working with you had you get hired. The questions are more profession specific cuz they know the job you will be doing, and they usually know it well. Expect to impress these people with your knowledge. They will also ask you the things on your resume. Ask you to talk about the projects you have done in the past. that kind of the things. They are looking for the things that can help them with their day to day work. So be selective to what you say. Don't just tell them what you have done in the past, tell them how the things you have done in the past can help them improve their productivity.
I can go on and on and on for these. Let me know if you need more help.
also please update me once you finished with you interview. I will love to hear your stories. It will help others too
Good luck with your interview.
