D;首先是语序问题，楼上已经说明
其次，often也是多余的；
再次，are 用在这里也有点莫名其妙，are 的主语是哪个？并且，为什么是复数。
总之，错的很多。
不是倒装不倒装的问题，how引导的从句作主语或介词宾语了，主谓都要颠倒的。
就像2楼说的，除非它是一个独立的句子（表疑问），其他的成分都是要S+V,你看看G61里的how引导的就是这样的。
