It is pretty simple. Every b-school knows that some applicants will turn them down for some reason.

Simply thank them for giving you the opportunity, and say something like "I'm sorry that I can't attend XXX B-school for some personal reasons."

That's it.

Some schools will ask you what school will you attend, some won't.
