首先 those 是对的

其次standard for 是对的，standard of是错的

as strigent as those

这种题型我总是容易做错，因为做语法题我是基本不看句意，只根据语法关系来判断对错。因此只要题目是需要根据逻辑关系来判断对错的，我基本上都错。

但像这种需判断and句与哪句形成对称平行关系的题型，还是可以不看句意来做的。=》利用and前后必需对称平行性质来判断=》例如此题：almost all of which are gasoline powered, and will not be subjected to emissions-control standards as stringent as they are for
            diesel-powered vehicles.明显可判断and句应与almost all of which ...平行对称，从而排除最易混淆项A

对的。as stringent as 是作定语修饰 standards，补全省略部分是 sport utility vehicles not subject to emissions-control standards (that are) as stringent as those (standards) for diesel-powered vehicles

这里的 standard for 表示 对象，而不是从属，所以用介词 for，而不用 of

一、作形容词用，其基本含义是“受限于……”，“服从于……”，“易受……”。例：
   We are subject to the law of our country．
   我们受我们国家法律的约束。
   This city is subject to earthquakes．
   这座城市易受地震的影响。
   He is subject to high fever．
   他易发高烧。
二、作副词用，意思是“在……条件下”，“依照……”。例：
   This can only be done subject to his consent．
   只有在他同意的条件下才可以做这事。
   We accept your offer subject to following alteration：price reduced by U.S. $2,00 per piece．
   我们接受你们的报价但得作如下更改：即每件降价2美元。

顺着来看吧。A选项的将来时态很奇怪，不需要。BC两个选项差不多，但是B选项比C选项冗余，它们两个之间留下C选项。D选项they只能指代一个东西，不能指代对两种不同的交通工具的标准，逻辑错误。E选项they多余。

B 错的原因
1.and分割错，不应该并列主句。
2.that are多余 GMAT经典啰嗦
3.those of错。就是 those standard for.

A的最大问题是，如果把will not be subjected to和前面will have no effect on并列，那么not be subjected to的就是it(law), 然而只有someone/something subjected to standards/rule/law, 表示standard/rule/law applies to someone/something, 不能倒过来。这像是个习惯用法 记住就好了
