标题: 我的故事 - 绿卡 - 回国?
大家好，我第一次在这里发贴就是想听听大家的意见，给点建议。谢谢了！

我17岁来美国上高中，只身一人。经历了不少事，老天帮忙身份转成。上了大学2004年毕业，金融本科。之后在某银行作了2年（分行副行长和批Mortgage贷款)，又在州政府作了一年（加州房管局）受不了政府的洗脑，跳了出来。又认识了一个投资公司的CFO之后加盟一起做商业不动产的贷款。在此期间我又拿到了加州地产经纪人经理的执照，又参与了本公司正在策划的5千万的房地产基金的策划。10年过去了，绿卡终于拿到。现在美国的经济很不好，尤其的我们做房地产的，两年之内不会好。我的女友已经和我分了4 年（她在北京）我还要再等4年才可以和她在美国团圆。

我的家人和朋友都鼓励我回国发展，我在美国有近8年的的工作经验（2000年开始）但是我不知道自己可否适应国内的环境和工作。但是我觉得自己还年轻（27）是该拚一拚的时候了。但是我听说绿卡持有者必须要在美国每年待够6个月01天，对吗？还有在中国海归去那里找工作？大家对我有何建议？

能力应该很强，但是离开国内太久了，房地产国内你如何做，恐怕是两个概念，如果为了团聚的话，也可以，不过要找好切入点。

去年回国（北京）看了一下，基本上做房地产是不可能的，在国内要想做房地产，要不有关系，要不有钱。我在美国学的不动产价值评估/计算/MBS/ 基本上没有什么用。我家里也没有什么关系，真是不知道如何下手，我之前的背景是银行的运营和操作，去大的跨国银行求职怎么样？谢谢了。

you have to ask yourself: what skills are transferable back to China? how would your working experience help you in the chinese market?

If you have a hard time answering them,then you really have to think twice about moving back

考虑下香港呢？房地产投资基金？不少投行和PE都募集了专著亚洲的房地产基金，很好的时机亚.

welcome to the site. About the green card, yes, if you want the citizenship, you cannot leave US for more than 6 month in a single year, and no more than one year in the past five years. Contact the INS office for a reentry permit. If you have real estate in U.S. Bring the copy as prove you intent to go back.

About going back to china, well, it depends. personally i will not go back to china for another job, cuz i know i m not going to find a job that gives me the same salary level i want, but i will consider going back to expand my business. There are a tons of opportunities out there in china, which really got me excited. also i have to disagree with your in real estate. I m a flipper, i buy houses fix them up and sell them. I love the market right now, it is the best time to buy, hold for 3 years, and the real estate market will always come back after about 3-4 years.

为什么你女朋友要4年才可以来美国呢？如果结婚是不是快点啊？

就绿卡的话可以在两年内回美国，不过你问问移民律师不就可以了阿？
