这道题目看了之前的讨论，还是有点疑惑

我觉得E的表达更好

A中and those和would的表达都有些奇怪

in answer E, maybe "which" is ambigous, it could be referring to extremes of stormness.

改成the most obvious effects that would have the largest impact on people会不会更好？

B. 除了前半段the effects that are the most obvious ones罗嗦外，后半段的would be those impacting the most on people有问题吗？

E. extremes of temperature, precipitation, and storminess, which are the most obvious effects 中which可能指代的是storminess, 或者extremes of storminess或者extremes of temperature, precipitation, and storminess?

E的which有问题
A感觉每个句子间的修饰都很紧密，没有歧义
其他几个选项因为中间插入了好几个成分，有歧义了
另外，这句话是不是有虚拟语气啊？

A不能改成the most obvious effects that would have the largest impact on people, 改變了原意.
B的would之前不能有comma, 加comma後就不成句子. 如果沒有comma, 跟原意也不一樣.
