为什么答案是D不是E呢??不是理解为 the drug's...product at price吗??

句子意思要表达一个倍数关系，所有选项中只有D可以。three times the price of what....   what 相当于 price（具体的钱数） that...。what在从句中作了charge的宾语，同时又要作of的宾语。在所有关系代词中，只有what能这么用，同时作两种成分
