a group of+ns,排除ABC

科学家认为气温在2000年会是从1.8到6.3?什么意思？逐步升高？逻辑意思不对。

应该是在1.8到6.3之间。表范围.其他不需要考虑

不是有average吗，平均气温逐步升高有什么不对呢？否则怎么叫全球气候变暖...

单纯使用from… to…是有方向性的，从什么到什么，表达一种趋势。该用法在该句句意下不合适
