Florida attracts more people who move from one state to another when they retire than does any other state.

我一开始选的是A ,结果再想了一下,发现D更好

因为increased significantly, so 10年才下降3%并不会带来影响

虽然retire to FL的人的比例小了，可是如果总量变大的话，retire to FL的人的绝对数还是会增大的，这就weaken了原文的argument

可是D选项并没有说RETIRE到哪个州阿？

有没有可能是FL的人RETIRE到其他的州呢？

这样不会WEAKEN 原文的ARGUMENT了

跟FL retire到其他州的人没有关系

A=the people who moved from one state to another when they retired
B=the people who retired to Florida

原文说，B/A（说得只是percentage，比例的问题）下降了，所以影响FL经济，问weaken

D说，A的总量变大了。所以，也就是说，B/A下降，但是A变大significantly，所以B的也很有可能变大，那么对经济就不会有negative effect。

其实只不过是个数学问题而已。

通常有比例出现，就需要考虑绝对数值。这其实也是AA里反驳涉及统计的论据的一种方法。
