even if属于语气强烈词或短语，在选项没有语法错误时，尽量要和原文一致

我觉得语法角度没有什么错。可是从wording,简洁的角度来看，远不如C.

can 优于be able to.

which would have been a miracle to their grandparents,这里根本没有必要用定语从句。不简洁。
