这题是一道乘法题目，评估题的关键是正确答案做两极回答时，一端可以加强，一端可以削弱，当用于COTTON的农药是天价时，PER ACRE少一点点，用乘法乘出来也是很大的数字，这样也是划算的。
关键我觉得一般如果题目中提到PER ACRE之类的概念，就应该用到乘法。如果选E的话，也许农药量是有差别，你说得不错，可是万一，这种农药的价格很便宜的话，即使从100降到50也是没什么特别大的经济效益的，（数量是不等于经济的）
