标题: accept offer from Duke and withdraw waitlist from wharton

I have decided to withdraw the waitlist status from Wharton and accept the offer from Duke:

"Dear Professor ~~~~,

I have decided to withdraw my application from Wharton and accept the offer
> from Duke. As you suggested, the placement record should be my primary
> concern and I believe Fuqua is the best place for training qualified PhD
> students in finance. Since my academic dream is to become a finance
> professor, Duke will be an ideal place for me. Thank you for your constant
> concern over these days and I am proud of being one of the Fuqua community!"

I contacted Wharton a couple of days ago and they told me I rank No. 4 among the 11-person waitlist. Hope that is useful for some CDERs who was also on their waitlist. This season for me is over and I wish everyone the best!
