答案选A。我觉得选D。OG里面提到D选项的which用得不对，我就觉得A、C、D三个选项因为这个which都不对，因为不能确定WHICH修饰之前的emission还是a technique，应该是a technique。另外，按照白勇的说法，B也不对，因为“having the ability to analyze the chemical elements in almost any substance without destroying it”既可以向前修饰也可以向后修饰。那我只能选E了。我分析的结果就是跟答案不一样阿，还请大家指点。
另外OG11黄皮书-102题，也是类似的句子，我看不懂OG怎么在解释。但到是觉得白勇解释得蛮有道理的。

另外，今天复习另一道修饰题，看了OG的解释，增进了新的理解，总结如下。上来说一下，请大家指正。
1）最好不好两个修饰分句放在一起，要分开来。
2）and前后的连接的两个句子，最好能结构对应，尽管不是并列结构或比较结构。

其实我发现有很多类似这种得修饰题，比如有个谁谁viewed marriage as 什么什么的
总结一下该是： A B C三个成分， 其中A 是主语，另两个是修饰语，那么B A C一般正确， BCA ABC一般都错
因为修饰有歧义
但你不需要去管 在BAC这种形式里面， C是否准确的修饰到A
