这3道题中前2道没有用动词不定式的完成时，而最后一道用了完成时，我觉得前2题的动词不定式后面的动词也是发生在前面所指的动词的前面，也是可以用完成时态的。

I am also keen to know the explanation on these issues. Why not use "to have done"? I have remembered that the traditional grammar rules are:

完成时：表示的动作发生在谓语动词表示的动作之前。
　I'm sorry to have given you so much trouble.
　He seems to have caught a cold.
