答案是C，我选的是A 。主要考虑应该是分析家们已经连续几周都预测……的意思，所以是持续不断的动作，所以觉得该用完成进行时。完成时也可以接受，可是C的那个过去式太晕了。望大牛指点下～

C也太扯了，has raised, continues, predicted, would到底要用多少个时态才满足呀。

答案有时候也不见得对。
