答案选b，可是which要就近修饰country啊，想不通。我选了E，尽管我认为E的to 10% from 6%不太符合常规

最近指代是相对信错误（新东方和牛人总结的）

是最后考虑的问题。

e是绝对性错误，必然不选！~
