I got an offer from Fuqua and am still waiting for Kellogg, but I don't if it's worth waiting. Can someone help me compare those two? By the way, it's in finance.

I would say, Duke is better in terms of finance research...

what about the match between your interest and that of the faculty members?

by the way, Duke's offer is open till 415, right? then why just wait and see?

Personally, I do not think there is a matter of which one is better than the other at this level. It's more about your personal preference on research interest, culture, fit,location, and etc. Yes, it can be hard to select one out of the two.

I just checked the website of Northwestern. I got rej. without any notification.

So if you are still waiting for Kellogg, go check it. The decision has been made. Hope you all good luck

Thank you, guys. Actually, it won't bother me any more. I also got the rejection from NW by checking on-line status just now. So rude, without even a brief letter!!!

Wish everyone the best! I guess I am going to Duke, since I have never been to a southern place for more than two days, even in China. I guess it would be a good adverture. Plus, Duke 's basketball team is my favorite. I might even have a chance to witness the growth of a potential NBA superstar. That sounds more fun than the five years' hardwork for a PhD.

这就很难比较了，商学院有综合排名，这是一个参考指标，可是细化到Finance Faculty就真的是比不出什么名堂了。

看来LY同学已经基本作好了选择，也好，可以早一点为PhD Life&Study作各方面的准备。
