正选是A，我选的B，总觉得A比较怪异hat with sound design and maintenance, wooden buildings can last
indefinitely有这种表达吗？我觉得B比A 清楚啊，插入语的位置也很舒服，究竟是什么问题呢，谢谢大家解答

how错，应该用that，阐述的是一个事实，而how是引导疑问的

呼叫N兄，我好像明白B的问题了，你的意思是不是说HOW是描述，原句是只是证明了can stand，没有how的意思，不过仍然觉得that with sound design and maintenance, wooden buildings can last
indefinitely很怪

你可以这样理解

demonstrate that we can do this

demonstrate how we do this

一个强调我们能够做这个事实，一个说的是demonstrate了”我们怎么做“这个过程

那些churches still standing，只是证明了他们能够last 很久这个实事，没有涉及他们怎么last

另外，那个插入语，没有问题

最普遍的用法是，是要不with sound design and maintenance前后都没有逗号，要不前后都有逗号，这是最传统的

但是像题目这种只在后面带逗号也是有的，特别是当插入语或前面的分句比较长的时候，带一个逗号，可以将读者的注意re-focus到宾语从句上（他们才是作者最想表达的内容）
