这道题正解是B，我选的D，请问B和D有什么区别，除了responsible to和resoponsible for的区别，是over another和over the other的区别吗，如果是区别又是什么呢，我指的是在这个句子的环境下，谢过

没有one...the other的，都是one...another

除非前面已经specify了两个选择，后面就可以说one...the other

否则的话，只能说one...another (another泛指，the other特指）
