   1。A选项中的be engaged in和其他选项中的engage in有什么区别？？？

个人认为，两者使用都可以，意思上一个表示主动，一个表示被用于，只不过原句的合理意思应该保留。

   2。increasingly副词，A选项中increasingly修饰engaged，但是我感觉increasingly位置不对，应该是they are increasingly engaged in。。。能解释一下吗？？
通常的副词作状语的位置只要不是插入在谓语与宾语之间，都没有太大的错误。

      还有they engage increasingly in （单看这个表达）对吗？？
这个表达没有问题。

根据此题应该主动或被动都能被解释,我认为主要的考点在对称和副词的位置

答案是A。有几个问题要请教

1。A选项中的be engaged in和其他选项中的engage in有什么区别？？？

2。increasingly副词，A选项中increasingly修饰engaged，但是我感觉increasingly位置不对，应该是they are increasingly engaged in。。。能解释一下吗？？

如果这个题目本身没有问题的话，看来increasingly are engaged in的结构是可行的。可能are engaged in这个形容词结构不被分开比较好。其他结构中的一些engage是用作动词的，和A不同。

为什么这样说？differ from 和be different from在意思上有什么区别？望指点迷津!

此题目的主语应该是they: nuclear attack submarines, 故排除B,D；另外be different from是正确选项，排除E；C选项应为engage sb in, 且分句from the tasks they were built for与and for which。。。不平行

我认为 A is different from B是比较两类对等的或者同类的食物，这里A是missions，B是tasks，所以用from

I chose D. I do consider that "different than" is the same as "different from". I googled many examples. In D, "the missions" does compared to " the taskes".
