double+N....請參考tonyadidas的精華文章

A錯在that of ....that不能指代personal spending,因為句子要表達的是7-9月的personal spending

增速會是去年同時增速的兩倍,後面已經點出growth rate,無須補that。

of後不接子句，所以CDE全排除.
