答案是C 我选了E 我的理解是把receiving作为伴随状语来解释....在拿到那些资本的同时日本去建了工业系统....

是不是这里的receiving时态不对呢???

我的理解是这样的因为有it,所以指代的应该是huge sums of capital，要是abcd中的japan做主语，it就歧义了。我可不是nn，所以要是不对，你可一定得告诉我

伴随状语应该表示和USE同步发生吧，RECEIVE和USE两个动作显然有先后顺序，E的逻辑有问题

huge sums of capital是复数，所以不能用it，应该用them

还有，这个句子的重心在help，不在receive
