"读个不脱产的又觉得光拿个证书没意义" - this is a common mis-understanding:
1. MBA is mostly about networking, there is not much to learn except for several core courses
2. Top schools usually have the same professors and same course credits between EMBA and full time MBA
3. What's the purpose of a MBA? Since EMBA and MBA offers exactly the same degree from top schools (EMBA degree does not say it is EMBA), they should be able to achieve the same purpose here.

FYI, here is EMBA and MBA comparison from Wharton. Since you are in China, I suggest that you apply for Kellog/HKUST EMBA, which has the highest average salary increase after 5 years of graduation (I think ~200%).

further along in career, often on track for advancement to senior
management. Some younger but highly qualified "fast-track" candidates
    also sponsored by companies.
  • Value "real-time" application – bringing MBA knowledge to current work issues.
  • Seeking
new skills and exposure for long-term career goals, but specific major
and internship experience not needed or as highly valued.
  • May be independent professional seeking to add management skills while continuing current professional activities.

Lifestyle Choice

  •     refer to devote time to study and related program activities.
  • Seek exposure to large, diverse, and international class of students.

  • Do not want or need high level of non-academic extracurricular options.

work/study balance is very challenge for Executive MBA students.(almost no private life time, needs to prioritize the tasks from work and study.)

network of EMBA is also more valuable compare with MBA.
