我之前听说论坛上有人收到了accounting的拒信，我还没收到，怕他们平信寄丢了，就写信去问。
然后那个coordinator说
"We are still processing applications. We will be in contact with you shortly regarding our decision."
那是不是说我还有希望？

只要过了他家的预申请，希望都很大

他家的预申请很“严格”的。。。

hehe, it's ok. actually i'm in my final year, final sem of undergradate study, i am taking 4 courses, therefore is not busy.

can't type chinese in campus lib...

预申请是个别学校才有的吧，是叫preliminary application 吧，不过见到有些学校说可以直接提交正式申请。哎，早知也添了，不是楼主的学校

什么是预申请？和正式申请有什么不同吗？也申请了这个学校，没感觉有什么不同啊...

to tell you the truth, i passed the pre-application, but called them and got the answer of negative (means i am not in the waiting lists)

I suggest u call them directly and u will know the exact results u want. good luck

这个学校的PLACEMENT很不错。

但是国际学生（即使有美国学位）挺难申的，我朋友去年尝试了一下，未果。

这个结论是她就在PSU找他们谈出来的。

我也申请了penn state u。去别的学校面试的时候知道已经有人去面试了，3个录取2个。不过说话的那个美国人也比较牛，估计会去更好的吧。目前基本放弃等待这个学校了。
