一个朋友前年毕业，在家500强公司做了一段时间，跳槽去某驻华大使馆了

如果从长远来看，这样对职业生涯是不是有局限性呢，人力资本会不会贬值

他打算3-5年申请mba什么的，不知道上一步走的对不对

请大家给点意见

Basically MBA requires passion for business. I am pretty curious why he went to embassy.

Actually, some work experiences in government can benefit the career path, political sense and business sense always move on together. Also business school might be interested in some candidates based on high diversity consideration. The next step for you is more important, go back to business world 2-4 years can be a option.
