(1) 25 percent of the projects at Company Z have 4 or more employees assigned to each project.

(2) 35 percent of the projects at Company Z have 2 or fewer employees assigned to each project.

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.

B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.

C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.

D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.

E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient.

we need median,

so we must find out the total number of projects, or some data related to % (around 50%)

in this question , we need to think about the latter

for 1, it does not confirm anything

for 2, it also does not confirm anything

so the possible ones left are C and E

since we must have people in a project, condition 2 tells us that

0-35% have <=2

then think about 1, 25%>=4, this will be 75%-100%

so combine them, we know that from 35%-75%, the project got 3 people

so C
