经过一段时间的资料收集、整理。今天开始动手练习小作文了。感觉小作文还是用模板比较方便（如果听和读的资料能够很好对应的话）。
利用中午，写了红颜祸水第0篇。用了CD上推荐的模板。但是总觉得还是写得不够好，请大家指教哦。
0. 4-day workweek
In the lecture, the lecturer made several points about the four-day workweek policy. The lecturer argues that the four-day workweek policy is not good to either the company or the individuals. However, the reading contends that the policy has many advantages. The lecturer casts doubt on the reading by using a number of points.
The first point that the lecturer used to cast doubt on the reading is that four-day workweek would cut down the companies’ profit quickly and directly. According to the lecturer, companies would have to pay more on training and medical benefit for more employees. Also, the need of office spaces and computers would increase. This point differs from the reading which states that the companies’ profit would increase because of the effient and well-done work.
Another point that the lecturer used to cast doubt on the reading is that the employment rate would not be increased for the four-day workweek policy. The lecturer claims that hiring new employees is costly and companied always adopt pptional methods to solve the problem,such as asking the employees to work overtime or raising the expectation. Then no additional job would be provided. However, the reading states that more job opportunities would be provided because some workload would be shifted to others.
Moreover, the lecturer points out that one’s career would be harmed by carrying out the policy because the one who works four days a week would be the first one who lose job in the economic down-turn. Meanwhile, manage position always require the continuous work. On the other hand, the reading states that through this policy people would improve their lives for the more extra time.
In conclusion, the points made in the lecture contrast with the reading because they look at the different facets of the same thing.. The lecturer notices the disadvantaged of the four-day workweek policy while the reading states some merits.
是的，其实有的时候对应并不是这么工整的。这个时候用这个模板就太牵强了。
