这种题属于因果题

B) the initial cost involved in switching from pepper to cocca is substantial 这个增强了观点，既然原始花费更高，而且现在pepper 贵，我还是不要换去种cocca了

D) cocca crops are susceptible to being reduced by bad weather as are pepper crops 这个和天气没关系

不预见将来pepper的价格会涨到多高.，
既然我不知道会涨多高，那价格将来可能涨很多，也可能不涨。如果涨了，自然我是不如不换的好，可是不涨呢？嘿嘿，还是换一个其他的作物比较好，别的说不定能涨呢。
感觉和股票换仓的逻辑差不多。。喀喀
