转行的如何说career focus?

我知道一般可以从自己的角度说自己如何准备将来的事业。

但是，现在这个问题来自推荐信的问题。我的BOSS如何知道我的转行准备？

问题是KELLOGG的：
e.g. clarity of post-degree plans,active participation in her career development

谁可以帮我出出注意啊，小女子感激不尽！
