answer:B

E为什么不行，those指代和thay指代有什么不同

E中补出were 成了the same as 前后两个句子的比较不是更好了么

they 指代會有邏輯上的錯誤，因為自己跟自己比本來就一樣。

補出were反而不對,變成有被動的意思，這邊用主動最恰當

比較的對象是reasons，所以不需要補were

it，they这种指代是精确指代上文提过的“同一个东西”

文章是说，“昨天的reason”和“上周的reason”一样

两个reason是不同时间的产物，怎能是“同一个东西”
