标题: Does it mean I am in the waiting list?

I got a mail from Penn State as below. Does it mean I am in the waiting list? Will I have an opportunity to get a phone interview? What’s my next step? Wait for further notice?

second group

今年太多学校把applicants 分为几个groups

一般在第一个group 里面挑人，但是也不排除第一个group 用完了，来第二

group 挑人，但问题是，即使这样，如果第二group 人多的话，希望还是较小了。。。。。。。

我有好几个这样的邮件。。。。。我基本上把他们看作婉拒

真希望有转机。。。。。。

其他没有回应的学校建议写信去问吗?

还是表示被分在 group 3 里面了?

我没写信去问学校自己寄信来的

我猜是像楼上大大说的那样我被分在 group 2

而 group 1 现在正在 interview or campus visit
