Do you know your Tofel score? If you know, tell school your score and let them know your official score report will be there soon. Otherwise, you need contact school ASAP.

why not try to ask ETS send your school a report at the same time? Normally, it only takes a few days to arrive any cities in US. Faster than mailing to China.
