comfort...why is your case special? Last Fri. was Feb. 1 so as long as you submit it before deadline, I guess it is OK?

yes, i submitted my application on2/1. They told me i am not suitable for Finance program since i am already studying Econ in the US. Their response is: Finish your study. I guess it is just an excuse. sigh.
