A：自从1994年在V地区广播后，几乎没有什么RDS广播站向以前RDS没有涉及的区域里的有RDS收音机的人们广播的。所以文章说广播站虽然多了，但是受众并没有增加

因为题干已经说了只有安装了那个equipment的用户才能收到那个节目，所以感觉上是白说。（我这么理解的哈）

我觉得一楼在逻辑上解释的很清楚那么就是默认大部分后来装RDS的人由于居住区域关系是根本收不到RDS的节目的不是很奇怪麽？
