OG上说"to"does not need to be repeated with “institue”and"create"because it is understood,这是为什么呢，XDF的平行中有to do A to do B to do C的结构也有to do do B do C的结构但这里为什么一定要省呢?应该两种都可以

我想是因為他前面的institute本來就沒有to了

所以他的結構就變成是to revamp...institute...create

如果要to的話那三個都要有to

請NN指教^^

恩，我原来也这样想过，但觉得OG上的意思是两个都不要加，还是很谢谢你恢复

首先，偶不是nn..

其次，这三者是一种并列的关系，所以我们很自然要往平行上面想。第一个如果是不定式结构to+ verb +xxx,剩下两个自然也要是这样。所以，剩下的to就省略了。还有就是，语感上说，没有to,读着舒服多了
