正确答案是C，为什么D不可以呢？有没有说法：同位语优于定语从句修饰名词阿？

我觉得问题是那个“to promote”吧。这里是叙述一个事实，应该用一般时。而“to”表示一个趋势。

D. but does 更像和which is ...搭配。但是从逻辑含义判断 In laboratory rats, a... aspirin ...block production of ... but not interfering the production of...并列。

同位语优于定语从句，因为定语从句会产生修饰歧义
