标题: 请教版上各位关于强生中国

最近我签了强生中国（就是做强生下面快消的公司）的sales management trainee的offer

翻了这里的帖子觉得了解了很多关于快消的职业发展等等，因此想具体问一下这个offer

想请教下强生中国在快消业内算怎么样，公司啊，文化之类。还有这个trainee项目业内评价怎样

我自己的想法是毕业后先去快消做sales锻炼下，然后看机会，如果实在不喜欢的话以后想出国读个mba之后转行，请问jnj sales的背景出国读mba的可行性怎样

任何背景去申请MBA都是可以的！JNJ不乏这样的人,而且很多人毕业了之后又回JNJ，拿着几十万的Global Pay

楼主不是说了自己是sales的么。

在jnj的钱是不多的，而且涨的幅度也是十分的慢，所以如果lz有这个心，可以慢慢去体验一下。

4楼的朋友说，如果读了mba再回jnj，那样的人是有，但是我基本是理解不了的，因为jnj账面上能拿到的钱真的是少。

所以如果有更好的offer，lz可以考虑其他的。

jnj钱太少了，福利待遇很糟糕

同时，文化非常的港台化，简单的说就是一家美资的港台公司

楼主如果有更好的选择，千万别来jnj

JnJ is a nice company. Though it doesn't offer an I-banking package, it indeed develops people and encourage a balanced life. Within FMCG, JnJ pays above average and nurtures nice, open and co-operating team members. What's more, it has a relaxed and fun culture, with very simple and pure inter-personal relationship. Career progression is only a part of your life, and having good colleagues and friends around you might be an equally important thing for you.

If you are not as ambitious as i-bankers, or you don't want spare 20 hours to work, you may consider JnJ.

以前在jnj，环境正如你所说，而且fmcg刚开始还是会比较辛苦的，而且最开始打交道的客户和人脉的积累都不如banking或者其他行业

jnj人都很好，但是一个人干n个人的事情，事情多的做不完，觉得台湾人统治的天下拉。
刚毕业去jnj做个背景，在跳槽拉。

JNJ now doesn't offer global pay for top MBAs.

but still higher than those who do the same job in JNJ, but recruited locally

why?

for mba, the total package is around 30w--80w, depending on your previous w/e and you negotiation with HRs.
