然后下面有一题

解释说a中not本来是修饰all的，却去修饰了谓语。那么这样说的话，上面那个例子岂不是Not all his children are at school.

这是一句话么？难道doubled是谓语？

第一个，没有其他选项，不好说。但是A我认为不对，至少应该是doubted the Troy had ever existed 而不是用never

doubt的意思是认为。。。不可能，如果是A，那就是负负得正了，变成了历史学家认为Troy存在过，而原句的意思应为“文艺复兴的时候，学者们都不能确定Troy的位置，而到了18世纪的时候，很多历史学家已经开始怀疑Troy是否真的存在过了”

第二个, Not all his children are at school. 和 All his children are not at school. 意思是一样的。（都是部分否定）

第三个，double在这里是动词，作谓语。

第一题，我和你的想法一样。

第二题，如果和例句对比，我怎么也分辨不出来为什么例句中not可以随意走动不改变意思，而题目中的not只能在all前面。

第三题，我想问有用more than修饰谓语动词的其他情况吗？还是说这是个固定搭配？

第二个，选E而不选A的原因，我想是因为all和not之间有很多东西，所以为了突出not修饰的是all，要将not提上来，放在all前面。不过，A
和E在语法上都是对的。（莎士比亚名句，All that glitters is not gold.
闪光的不都是金子。not也是放在后面的。反正all和not在一起就肯定是部分否定，全部否定只能用none或者neither。）

第三个，more than修饰谓语动词的确比more than修饰其他成分的情况要少，说实话，我想到的就是more than double, more than triple 这种情况（可是这种用法在新闻、报纸里却是很常见的，例如说什么earnings, crime rate等，经常用到more than double, more than triple这种搭配）
