标题: 谁能告诉我这道题目的意思

A：The alarming fact is that 90 percent of the people in this country now report that they know someone who is unemployed

B：But a normal,moderate level of unemployment is 5 percent,with 1 out of 20 workers unemployed.So at any given time if a person knows approximately 50 workers,1 or more will very likely be unemployed!

B的话我觉得很难理解！

这道是OG的题目吧…

A说:有个令人担忧的事实是这个国家90%的人都知道有人失业

B说:但事实上, 失业率是5%, 意即20个工人中1人失业

所以在任何时候若有人认识大约50人,那会有1(或1多一点)人是失业的

请指教
