虚拟语气，这里用WERE和WAS都可，这个题个人觉得选A，C中them指代不明，用be也觉得不妥。

为什么一个用is 一个用be 算虚拟吗觉得them是好象没有指代对象,到底选A还是选C

偏向 A

UNTIL后面没有理由用BE啊，代词指代 investors 的话觉得啰嗦。被动强调结果，不需要指出执行者。
