Q2:

When positive integer x is divided by positive integer y, the remainder is 9. If x/y = 96.12, what is the value of y?

A. 96

B. 75

C. 48

D. 25

E. 12

who can tell me how to achieve this answer?

你将x/y=96.12列个竖式就可以发现x-96y是余数，又因为x/y余数是9，所以x-96y=9。将x=96.12y代入，得到答案。

这题在OG11的自我测试里有类似的题。

9/y=0.12->y=75

0.12=12/100=9/75
