答案是C,但是我看不懂D和E是什么问题呀,虽然我也觉得DE是念起来不通顺,但是真正的语法错误是什么呢?OG的解释上面只说DE是不平行,还希望请教各位了!!~

倒装吧，

The use of the new tech (to revitalisze) has been no less remarkable than the development of the compact disc.....

(D) Developing the compact disc has been none the less remarkable than using new tech

(E) Development of the compact disc has been no less remarkable as the use of new tech

DE没有平行，
后面有the use of 前面要用the development of ，the 不能省
