标题: CGA? AICPA? 帮我选一个啊！
小弟目前在美国就读，打算一年内开始AICPA。但是因为已经移民加拿大，09年4月开始必须做移民监。鉴于美国这边身份难搞，考虑后不太想放弃加拿大。

不知道AICPA和CGA在加拿大和美国之间相互承认度如何？本来打算先考AICPA，再考CGA，请问大约能免CGA的多少门课？

还有，如果从美国去加拿大，有必要这样两个都考么？

The best way for you to decide which certificate is more suitable for you is to go to the jobhunting website (eg. monster, workpolis??), and check the qualification requirements for your desired positions.

As far as I know, AICPA is not highly recognized in Canada.

As for CGA exemption, they are granted case by case. One of my colleagues, who just has a bachelor degree from China, majoring in Accounting, without any professional designation, got more than half of the CGA exams exempted.
