Facing a three options here:

1) UBS Beijing IBD Associate Position

2) Goldman Sachs Analyst Sales and Trading Postion

3) CITI group IBD Associate Position

Does anyone know about the current Market Level on Base Salary Pay for IBD? How about annual Bouns during first yest and second year?

Why UBSS offers you associate while GS offers only analyst position to you? are you a MBA or not?

BTW, 1 and 3 are similar jobs while 2 is in different functions from the other two. you might want to decide which function you are more interested in first.

是啊奇怪的为什么ubs是asso，高盛是analyst呢？照理说level应该是一致的才对啊……

pcgs why dont u firstly ask other ppl's question? I think we all try to help you out.

my opinion is at first figure out what you want to do first...IBD is more team based. I suppose you would join Gaohua BJ, ST is far more different than IBD. Please notice that after 2-3 yrs, your career path would be decided upon your previous exp.
