看过解释后仍不太理解,作者认为新法生效
是故障报告率增加50%的原因。我觉得如果题目问推论或者暗示,肯定是选C,但Assumption,是不是D更合适,
个人观点仅供参考哦。。
题目说了是新的标准account for事故报告的增加,这与人想不想报我觉得是没什么太大的关系的,新法前人们报的少是因为标准比较低,新法后的很多情况都不能被界定为事故。
其次,加NOT一看就知道C对的,因为如果事故(指新法前的标准的)上升了50% ,那么题目中新法account for事故报告增加就不一定成立了。因为其他的原因导致这种上升50%的情况,可能并不是标准变化哦
