答案是A。不是很理解什么是 of many of the 100 billion other galaxies, 请问第一个of是修饰什么的？

that a black hole lies at the center of the Milky Way and (the center)of many of the 100 billion other galaxies estimated to exist in the universe
大概的意思:黑洞不仅存在于银河的中心,也在其它银河的中心

这里省略的the center是单数,难道是在所有其它100 billion星系共同的中心?重复出来改成the centers 是不是要好一点呢?
关于单复数表达的意思不同,大家对比一下这道题

因为会在结构上搞不清楚是和black hole 平行还是和the center of Milky Way平行

e选项中， theory of a black hole只能是修饰这个关于黑洞的理论，that只是作为定语来修饰black hole，就仅仅是修饰性成分了。
而文中的意思要说的是，支持了整个这样一个理论，就是关于黑洞是位于银河中心，并且位于100 billion其它星系中的许多星系的中心。所以要用that来修饰theory
a 正确， lies at the center of the MW and (the center)of many of the ....
结构很平行，省略了重复的the center，简洁

这种题是看考点了，没设考点自然没有问题。
一般来说of结构优于所有格在物主无生命的情况下

扩展部份仍然用 a black hole 是因为每个银河系里面只有一个黑洞，而不是有几个。

没错，很多人都是这样。。
什么指代不清，不简洁，表达不清都是他们发明的专业词汇。其实他们意思就是 你的答案和正确答案不一致。
唉。。谁又不是知道答案了后才来翻帖子的呢？

扩展部份仍然用 a black hole 是因为每个银河系里面只有一个黑洞，而不是有几个。

theory后面跟个that是同位语从句解释，但不绝对，而且这种解释感觉上最能贴近原意。

D. of a black hole lying at the Milky Way’s center and (if you are using a specific term for a theory use theory of for example theory of relativity but if you are explaning a theory use theory that the balck hole....")
E. of a black hole that lies at the center of the Milky Way and of (same as D)

一般错的还觉得可能在这个句子里面是什么特殊用法

简单来说，就是解释theory时后面要跟that而不是of. 排除d/e
c选项there无指代
b选项产生歧义
