答案是D，请问E为什么不对？我理解为，just as movie set with......, the affluence masks ......, 这样理解对吗？
如果是like，那么movie 后面的set with是什么什么成分啊？

a movie set 是电影场景的意思，SET这里不是动词

'set' here is a past participle describing movie. it can't be a verb as it doesn't match with 'a movie'. affluence//movie

i don't think 'movie set' is an idiom. on the contrary, i mean movie that is shot

即使set做动词也应该是用与masks一致的一般现在时，而不能用过过去时。

此题关于E,问题另外还在于unidiomatic, should be" Just as...., so..." it's right?

while for answer A, according to someone's interpretation, "similar to.." should not be used in front of the sentence, why???

like是一个虚拟用法。

与什么象什么（与unlike等相对的意思）的比较用法是不同的。

可是我對於D有一點點小疑問

就是我記得like當"像"的時候

需要兩邊對稱不過在選項D當中

前面是a hollywood movie set

不過後面卻是the country's apparent...

這兩個這樣有平行嗎?

只要對稱主語就可以

as表示像...一样；like只是像;similar表示相似的

这里应该是需要一个“像”的意思，所以是like

不一定的，如果对比的前后有明显不同的时间状语，是可以用不同时态的。
