首先，本句的比较词是income,从lower就应该看出来，别被前面的state迷惑了。这个比较income是主语的话，那么就应该是income of .....is lower than income of ...,后一个income 用that 代替，所以你那个答案一开始就可以排除。然后是which，og里面出现的很多这种情况，你应该多总结一下，出现在“，”后的which是很容易出现指代不清的情况的，这里就不知它是指income还是state，所以应避免这种使用。前几天的题里也出现了这种which的用法的，有些就避免了指代不清的情况，你可以回看一下。
